Here, everything means everything a tourist can
imagine while on holiday: recreation,
entertainment, sports, sightseeing and fun. To
put it simply, Pattaya is a paradise for
everyone, as it has a variety of attractions
suitable for all types of visitors. This is the
place where you can fill your day, from dusk to
dawn, with endless activities, or you may choose
to do nothing at all and relax.
Jomtien beach is only 900 meters from the
village but you can use the beautiful pool too.
Golf, zoos, parks, hypermarkets or small
restaurants are around the village, all with
very affordable prices. The famous Pattaya
nightlife t's only 10 minutes by taxi.

No cautions, no extra. If you use more of 350 kw
of electricity by week you pay 0.05 £ for Kw (if
you swich off airconditioning every time that
you live the house 350Kw by week are more than
enough).
Breakages: I don't ask you a deposit but I
expect you to pay for any damage
